Blown away by quality, design fantastic customer service and packaging my hat came in! I have struggled to find a hat that fits my pea sized head on the high street but really wanted a Cowboy gaucho hat for ages…I was hesitant to spend a lot of money on the internet without trying first however I found the perfect store! I measured as directed on the site sizing guide, personalised my colours and was given updates every week on how long til my hat would arrive. It was packaged carefully and well in a sturdy hat box - unfortunately DHL damaged the box in transit but the hat wasn’t damaged luckily. I did have to pay import duty but that’s Brexit for you! Absolutely love my hat - it’s a one off and have had so many great comments! Definitely saving for another!!

I was somewhat nervous ordering almost $200 worth of hat from an overseas shop, but the quality and perfection of the fit was outstanding! I was also impressed by the packaging: a large round hat box was inside another box, and that hat was sealed inside a substantial plastic bag. Protective paper was wrapped around the brim too. The inside top of the hat box has care instructions on a nice label.
