So, I wanted a new hat, more like a cowboy one, but not a Stetson’s style.
I was pleasantly surprised by the ability to choose everything in the design, the material and the color and accessories.
The size is perfect, the color is what I expected, and the material is so incredible, I can custom shape it with a steam iron and I now have my dream cowboy hat.
I’m now going to get another one for this winter, probably a black felt one.

Absolutely thrilled! It's a beautiful piece of work and it fits perfectly, and it came in an attractive sturdy hatbox as well. As we anticipated, the colour is slightly darker than how it appears on the website (and how it appears in the picture below as well) and so meets our expectations perfectly.

Es hat eine Weile gedauert bis er da war, Aber Handwerk ist eben Handwerk. Die Verabeitung richtig toll, von der Lederschnur bis zum Kinnriemenspanner, ist sehr leicht und trotzdem ist der Filz richtig stabil.
Die Ösen sitzen den richtigen stellen, Dass Futter ist perfekt.

Best quality I have ever seen. Shipped in nice hat box to keep protected from getting smashed during shipping and nice place to store it when not in use. It took a while to ship because it was custom made to fit and color. Totally worth the wait. I want to order another style in a darker color, but these hats are a little expensive. Totally Worth every penny though. Came with a nice leather band and I added the option chin strap which I think necessary. Seller was good at communicating some questions before I ordered.
This hat is beautiful. It feels very well made and it arrived in impressive packaging. I receive many compliments on it. However I do want to point out that the brim doesn't feel the strongest to me and it bends out of shape easily, but I'm thinking that's an oversight on my part due to it's material. Overall its a great hat.
