A hat that gets better with every wear
Built to be worn hard, reshaped, and kept in rotation—not left in the box. Each piece is hand-shaped in Athens with European felt and a leather sweatband that softens and deepens with time, so it feels more like you every year.
Customers praised the fedora's quality, with one saying it has "vintage felt" workmanship and "supple" material. The wide brim and customization options were highlights. However, one customer noted poor stitching and assembly issues. Delivery delays and customer service responses were also concerns.

I am ver pleased with my hat but not with your customer service. I sent several emails and received a reply to only one. I was advised that my hat would be sent on February 20 and that I would be sent an email with the tracking details. The hat arrived on March 24th, taking a whole month to reach me. DHL sent me an email on March 18th to say my hat would arrive on March 20th. When it didn’t, I checked the tracking number (that had come with the DHL email) which indicated that the hat hadn’t even reached San Francisco on March 20th. When the hat did eventually arrive on March 24th, it was still much later than the DHL website had indicated. The point of my telling you this is that, while the product is good, the services are not — and I would recommend not using DHL for deliveries in the US: it has a terrible reputation here.
Just what I was hoping for and absolutely perfect.
The materials and shape of the fedora hat are great. The brim is stiff and has limited snap or adjustment. The reason for the poor remarks are the hat and the band within the hat are not cleanly stitched and it is noticeable when you try the hat on. It looks like you rushed to finish the hat and didn’t care to inspect your work before shipping. If this is your best work I can see ever ordering a MTO hat from you folks. Rather disappointing hat for the time and cost. Should take more care in your manufacturing and inspect your work before sending. Optima, Gannon, Horski
