Origin and Composition

Suede fur felt is crafted from carefully selected animal fur, primarily rabbit or hare. The process begins with harvesting the soft undercoat (down) of these animals, which is then separated from longer, coarser outer hairs to create the finest quality felt.

  • Made from premium animal down fibers
  • Carefully sorted and refined materials
  • Consistent color and texture blend

Key Characteristics

  • Luxurious, velvety texture

Preparation & Felting

Fur is cleaned, sorted, and formed into a loose cone shape before undergoing heat, moisture, and pressure treatment.

2

Shrinking & Shaping

The felted cone undergoes controlled shrinking and is stretched over wooden blocks to create the desired form.

3
