Love my hat so much!!! I ordered it with specific dimensions, and having a big head and wanting an extra wide brim, it didn’t quite fit in the box it was shipped in, leaving the brim ever so slightly bent. But it’s fine and great, because A when I reached out they told me how to fix it very easily, and B my husband reminded me that it makes my hat unique🥰 thank you so much, I love this hat

The hat came well packaged and had no damage. The fit is great, sitting just tight enough to keep the wind from taking it, which is important around here. The only issue for me was that the hat was quite flimsy. I took it to my local hat shop and they were able to stiffen it to where it wasn’t an issue. All in all I am happy with this product.

LOVELY hat. Had the color of the lining personalized, and asked for a black band. It was a gift for my friend and y’all, it’s so beautiful. Exceptional quality, and I was happy it came with a storage box 👍👍 look how happy he is with his hat.

I was looking for a broad rimmed hat and I found this one. It's a beautiful hat, my wardrobe cannot go without it anymore. I was not sure about the fit with the measurements I gave up, but it fits perfectly.
When the hat arrived the rim was a bit crooked, but with the instructions how to flatten the rim it worked out fine. The communication about the order and shipment was clear and concise.

Ultimately, I’m very pleased with my hat. Shipping was fast, the packaging is beautiful and practical for storage, and most importantly the materials and construction are luxurious. I initially ordered the color dust, but was disappointed to find the color much darker than advertised. There were also a few issues with warping that occurred during shipping and were not within the seller’s control. I contacted the seller about my concerns and was able to exchange for a new hat in the color deep wine. The seller not only addressed each of my concerns with the replacement hat, but did so with professionalism and grace.

Words cannot express how beautiful this Bolero Hat looks on my wife. Exceptional quality presented in exquisite fashion. Kim is excited to wear at our next social event.
