How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Online Portal: For the fastest service, please submit and manage your return or exchange requests through our dedicated customer portal, accessible via our customer service menu.
  • Manual Process: Alternatively, you can initiate a return or exchange by contacting us directly at +30 (211) 001 - 1910 or via email at customer.service@hnc-hatworks.com. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping your item back to us.

 

Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized, sale items, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns due to their special promotion or limited edition nature.

  • Custom Items: Subject to a restocking fee (per item) of 25%.
  • Non-Custom Items: Free.

  • Custom Items: A restocking fee (per item) of 25%  will be applied.

Returns for Store Credit

  • All Eligible Items: We are pleased to offer free returns for store credit, allowing you a seamless shopping experience.

Refund Processing
