Where do I start? Well how about the rating? I gave it a 5... what I would like to have given it is a 50 star rating.
The best bollero I have ever purchased. Honestly the best hat I have purchased period! Hands down!
The construction and materials are professional quality and the hat box with mounted certificate inside as well as the canvas carrying bag when not using the box are a traditional and a welcome touch.
But it's not just what was offered by the seller, it's that they listened to what I asked for and constructed a hat taylor fit to my head.
I can't say enough good things about this hat. Thank you so much for providing me with a hat that I can be proud to wear and pass down.

Hat itself looks great and I’m happy with it, though the packaging could have been better.

The hat looks amazing. It’s a bit snug on the head which is fine because I don’t want to fall off of my head. But I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months for this hat.

The finished hat is okay but the experience was disappointing. Delivery took way longer than promised and trying to get information about my order was difficult.

Very nice hat. The requested customizations were taken into account. Personally I would go with a higher crown next time considering my ordered head size.

Very nice hat, the quality is obvious upon first sight. The only gripe I have is that the description did not have much explanation on how to find a proper hat size and shape, but such resources are fairly easy to find.

I really love this hat but I should have considered the measurements more closely, taking into account the SHAPE of my head, not just the size. The measurement was accurate but my head shape is slightly more elongated and the hat is more round. Hoping the hat will mold a little more closely to my head the more I wear it. In retrospect, I should have increased the size slightly to allow for that. Not the hatmaker's fault. It's a truly gorgeous hat!

These people are a bunch of Michelangelos. It's almost as if they read your mind, take your fantasy & create art. If you have a desire to buy a hat, these people will make you a masterpiece. So don't hesitate, because it's more than worth it.
