For those looking for an Indiana Jones Raiders hat, this is not it. The crown is too high and the brim is too short on the sides.

I'd like to address your comments regarding the specifications of the hat you received. The custom specifications you provided were a crown of 5.5 inches, and a dimensional brim (front & back: 2 3/4'' - sides: 2 5/8''). Our artisans work diligently to ensure that each hat is crafted as closely as possible to these specifications. However, due to the natural materials we use, there might be a slight variation of up to 1/8'' in the final measurements.
While we strive to meet the unique requirements of every customer, our original listing is crafted to be closer to the authentic design. We understand that everyone's perception of the perfect hat can vary, and we're always here to collaborate and ensure that your vision comes to life.

The new website is excellent and reflects the high quality of the hats. For a bespoke hat made to fine craftsmanship it arrived beautifully packed within a very acceptable time frame. If there is one detail that HNC hats could improve on is “client contact”and confirmation of any slight alteration in the order. It is a bespoke item after all. All the same Mr P.
