Schon beim Auspacken steigt die Vorfreude. Der Hut kommt in einer sehr wertigen Hutschachtel, in der man ihn auch lagern kann und sollte. Darin ist er nochmal in Papier eingewickelt. Schließlich hält man das schöne Stück in den Händen und freut sich: er sieht großartig aus, noch schöner als erwartet. Echte Handwerkskunst. Ich bin begeistert! Er passt gut, die Qualität ist makellos. An dem Hut stimmt alles. Nicht billig, aber auf jeden Fall preiswert!
Die Kommunikation während des Herstellungsprozesses war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Rückfragen und sogar kleine Änderungen wurden sofort sehr freundlich beantwortet. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, hier soll der Kunde einfach zufrieden gestellt werden. Das wird nicht mein letzter Hut von Agnoulita sein.
So, I wanted a new hat, more like a cowboy one, but not a Stetson’s style.
I was pleasantly surprised by the ability to choose everything in the design, the material and the color and accessories.
The size is perfect, the color is what I expected, and the material is so incredible, I can custom shape it with a steam iron and I now have my dream cowboy hat.
I’m now going to get another one for this winter, probably a black felt one.
Oh, and the shipping was great and very carefully packaged.

This was my fourth Agnoulita hat and the second of this model. I bought the first one and a half years ago and it has been the hat I exclusively use ever since. Seeing it wear with use promted me to buy another one, to be able to rotate them a bit.
If one will ever wear out or get lost, I will order another one of these without a moments hesitation. Really love it!

I can't begin to tell you what I think of this hat. Beautifully designed and crafted, quality materials, the shape and style I was looking for... the list goes on and on! I can say it come a little big, as it doesn't fit as snug as I hoped it would've, but a simple hat sizer (basically a 3m strip, lol) fixed that in a jiffy! I haven't wore it out yet as I purchased this for this year's Halloween getup, but everyone who has seen it on me says it looks real sharp and fits me and the style perfectly! I will be buying another one of your hats in the future (the other clint eastwood inspired hat you have available) and will definitely recommend Agnoulita as well!!!

Ordered this hat in January and did a few changes. A bit wider brim and a hat body in umber brown so it looks more like the hat worn bei Jude Law in Sherlock Holmes. It arrived almost at the Date Agnoulita told me. When I opened the box I was totaly impressed. It’s a great hat, fits perfect and the handcraft is amazing. Only the communication with Mr Papa and his team is horrible. Asked three times for an alteration in brim style. No answer. (Thank god I like the way it is). Asked for an order of hat supplies and if it’s possible to pack it with the hat, just to save shipping cost. No answer. Now I would like to purchase a straw hat, complete after my specifications. I tried it on his etsy account. No answer. I tried it via contact form on his website. No answer. Maybe someone at Agnoulita will read my rating and will fullfill the order. I think Mr Papa can bring my search for the ultimate straw hat to an end. Because he did a great job with the oddjob.

I wanted a hat as close to screen-accuracy to Rorschach's hat from the Movie watchmen (2009) I ended up having to order two hats. I had some issues with the colour of the first hat but the seller was very understanding and helped me get the new hat precisely accurate. I only had to get a new dark purple hat band (quite rare) which I attached myself.
I am as happy as I can be with this new hat: It is made of great materials, fits perfectly, come in a beautiful box to store it in. 100% percent would recommend.
Absolutely love this hat, customised to the max, changed colour to camel and chocolate. Two tone folded lining, with added Casablanca quote. Upgraded the sweatband and added monogram. Came in a beautiful box perfectly wrapped. Form ordering to in my hand took less than four weeks. I don't tend to usually leave reviews however I feel like this one was definitely well deserved. First off I was scared of ordering because I have a huge noggin and most companies don't tend to make hats especially online that will fit my big head. However when I received this hat that came even before it was expected to it fit absolutely perfectly with the specifications I had sent in with my purchase. The material is top notch and the ability to customize the inside lining and the belt buckle color was a nice addition! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good looking costum hat! It also came with a wonderful hat box and protection bag!

I purchased a custom hat order and I am very satisfied with how thorough the seller was to meet my requests. We had great communication, I could ask plenty of questions and make suggestions and I received most helpful replies.
However, when I ordered, I unfortunately approximated the hat's colour a bit wrong, so the product isn't absolutel perfect compared to what I wanted, but I chose the colour myself so the seller is not to blame. I might even order another hat just to get the colour right.
This hat is so beautiful. It blows me away. I've NEVER been a hat “guy,” but said screw it because I just wanted a true Fedora. The customization possiblies are second to none as every part of my hat is custom. It's beautiful, looks epic, and I have a whole new sense of confidence.
