This item is really well made. I appreciate the time and craftsmanship that goes into a hat like this. Unfortunately, the sellers communication is not as high quality. The color samples provided do not accurately reflect the color I received. I sent a message asking for clarification of this before the seller started making the hats. Unfortunately, my messages were completely ignored. Now I’ve waited almost a month for a hat I don’t like. This whole situation could have been avoided with a little better communication from the seller.
My 5th hat from this shop. They cannot be beat. Period! 😁

The hat is absolutely gorgeous. It was made to perfection as per my specifications. I was so happy to find Mr Pappa Hats on Etsy because it has been very difficult to find a hat large enough for my husband. I passed the info to my husband so he can order directly. The shipping was lengthy however that was to be expected coming from out of the country. You must have patience when ordering custom made products from out of the country.
