I received my Panama Hat today and it looks great and fits perfect. Very well made! I much appreciate the regular updates, as well as the shipping packaging in the hat box as I was very concerned how it might show up with the distance and all. Worth the wait and the price.

Amazing! Very light weight. Soft texture. Nice felt. Great shape. It fits my head perfectly. The profile of the hat is a bit smaller than I had imagined, but I love it. It's almost so nice that I'm afraid to use it.
The quality and look of the hat are equal to what you could routinely expect rom hat makers 20 years ago - but is basically not available today in the general market.
The craftmanship is very good. No complains. Maybe the felt could be smoother. Anyway, I´m very satisfied. Thanks a lot !
I can't begin to tell you what I think of this hat. Beautifully designed and crafted, quality materials, the shape and style I was looking for... the list goes on and on! I can say it come a little big, as it doesn't fit as snug as I hoped it would've, but a simple hat sizer (basically a 3m strip, lol) fixed that in a jiffy! I haven't wore it out yet as I purchased this for this year's Halloween getup, but everyone who has seen it on me says it looks real sharp and fits me and the style perfectly! I will be buying another one of your hats in the future (the other clint eastwood inspired hat you have available) and will definitely recommend Agnoulita as well!!!
The welting is beautiful and looks great. The down side is it narrows the brim width a noticeable amount.
I am ver pleased with my hat but not with your customer service. I sent several emails and received a reply to only one. I was advised that my hat would be sent on February 20 and that I would be sent an email with the tracking details. The hat arrived on March 24th, taking a whole month to reach me. DHL sent me an email on March 18th to say my hat would arrive on March 20th. When it didn’t, I checked the tracking number (that had come with the DHL email) which indicated that the hat hadn’t even reached San Francisco on March 20th. When the hat did eventually arrive on March 24th, it was still much later than the DHL website had indicated. The point of my telling you this is that, while the product is good, the services are not — and I would recommend not using DHL for deliveries in the US: it has a terrible reputation here.
Agnoulita makes their hats with care, including a very helpful Zoom session wherein I could measure my head in front of them to make sure I was doing it correctly, as well as walk through all the options for trim, firmness, etc. (I was ordering from halfway around the world, so I was concerned about getting it right.) The package that arrives is carefully put together, with a sturdy hatbox for storage, and the final product is gorgeous. I’ve never been so pleased to own an article of clothing. Would order again in a heartbeat.
