Your hat body is steamed and hand-shaped on custom blocks. Crown and brim take form.

How long does it take to make my hat?

Our standard production time is 3–4 weeks, allowing for artisan craftsmanship and personalized details. If you need your hat sooner, we offer Priority Production with delivery in as little as 7–10 days for an additional fee.

What is Priority Production and how do I order it?

Priority Production is a premium service that rushes your order to the front of our queue. To choose this option, simply select “Priority Production” when customizing your hat online or contact us directly. Limited slots are available each week.

What materials and technologies do you use?

We use premium wool, rabbit fur, and beaver felt, as well as genuine leather sweatbands and custom linings. For perfect fit and shape, we employ 3D printing to produce precise blocking forms, blending old-world technique with innovative design.

Can I personalize my hat?

Yes! All Agnoulita hats are customizable with choices like color, hatband, interior lining, sizing, personalized initials, and more. Select your preferences when ordering, or contact us for special requests.

How do I track my order’s production progress?

After purchase, you can follow every milestone—from design to finishing—on our Hat Journey status page. For shipment tracking after dispatch, use the “Track My Order” page for real-time delivery updates.

Who can I contact with questions?

Can I change my order after purchase?

Most customizations can be adjusted within 48 hours of ordering. For urgent requests, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, ensuring duties and taxes are covered. All hats arrive in luxury packaging.

What if my hat doesn’t fit?

We offer a 90-day Perfect Fit Guarantee. Should adjustments be needed, we’ll guide you through free resizing or returns.
