We're the sole makers recreating this lost 1940s Cuban style: toquilla straw crowns married to felt brims. The combination solves what single-material hats can't – breathable comfort up top, weather protection at the brim. Each requires two separate blocking processes most makers won't attempt. Available in natural/brown, ivory/dark grey, and custom combinations on request. Sizes 52-63cm. For collectors who recognize true rarity when they see it.
