General Return Policy

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

Return Flex Program

  • Customers who have opted into the Return Flex program can return their items within 45 days of receipt. This program ensures a convenient and streamlined return process without a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Standard Returns

  • For customers not in the Return Flex program, returns within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing the return and preparing the item for resale. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Conditions for Return

Item Condition

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions

  • Customized hats, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable due to their unique, personalized, or non-reusable nature.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain collections or selected products marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for return or refund. These items are typically part of special promotions or limited edition collections.

Ultimate Hat Care Suite

  • Details: For comprehensive information about the various services offered under our Ultimate Hat Care Suite, including the Perfect Fit Warranty, Return Flex, Hat Insurance, and more, please refer to the individual product pages on our website.

Hat Insurance

  • Coverage: Hat Insurance provides repair or replacement in cases of accidental damage, loss, or theft.
  • Limitation: This insurance does not offer monetary refunds, only repair or replacement services.

Item Inspection

  •  Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected by our team.
  •  Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund or exchange request based on the inspection.

 

Refunds

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.

  • Delay in Refund: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

  • For EU customers, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, subject to the same return conditions.
